The scheme is being implemented in two capital cities of Srinagar and Jammu to provide basic civic amenities, which are broadly classified as under: -

              a) Construction of lanes/drains/culverts.
              b) Construction of bath rooms/lavatory blocks.
              c) Development of Parks/play grounds/graveyards.
              d) Development of roads.
